Lifetime Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products. Impuria Jewelry offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on eligible jewelry purchased directly from Impuria.com, when a Warranty Program has been purchased with the order.
What is covered
Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, including:
- Defective threading or closures
- Faulty welds or solder points
- Manufacturing defects that affect the functionality of the jewelry
- Structural defects present under normal intended use
Where Impuria determines that a covered manufacturing defect exists, we will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace the item with the same or a comparable product.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Lost jewelry
- Lost backs, charms, chains, or stones
- Bent posts, or jewelry damaged during insertion or removal
- Damage caused by improper use, accidents, abuse, neglect, or modifications
- Damage caused by pulling, snagging, sleeping, sports, or other external forces
- Scratches, dents, cosmetic wear, or normal aging
- Tarnishing, discolouration, or finish wear caused by chemicals, cosmetics, perfumes, lotions, swimming pools, hot tubs, salt water, or improper care
- Damage resulting from failure to follow care instructions
- Theft or unauthorised alterations
Warranty eligibility
Conditions
- The warranty must be purchased with the original order, before delivery.
- One warranty purchase covers all items included in that order.
- Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
- Impuria reserves the right to determine eligibility for all warranty claims.
How to submit a claim
Claims must be approved by our Warranty Team before any item is returned.
To submit a warranty claim, email warranty@impuria.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- A description of the issue
Return shipping
Shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs fees, and handling fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with warranty claims, including returning the item to Impuria and the cost of shipping any replacement item.
Right to refuse claims
Impuria Jewelry reserves the right to deny any claim that appears fraudulent, abusive, outside the scope of this warranty, or inconsistent with normal product use.
This warranty may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
Purchase warranty protection
Warranty protection must be added to your order before it ships. One purchase covers every item in the order.
