Your original warranty certificate a and receipt are required for all warranty service. We agree to repair or replace any items which we deem to be to be damaged by a manufacturing defect or any pieces showing signs of normal wear and tear (as outlined below). This warranty expressly excludes coverage for neglect, abuse or theft. The periodic inspection of your jewelry purchase is the best way to safeguard against potential problems. Regular upkeep of your jewelry is required to maintain your warranty.
Normal Wear & Tear is defined, but not limited, to the below:
Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, makeup, swimming pools, cleaning agents, hot tubs, steam rooms, saunas, bathing and associated fitness facilities.
Discoloration due to usage and exposure to natural skin oils and secretions
Bent or worn prongs
Lost stones, chipped/broken stones, and stones that have fallen out from anywhere including the rings, studs, barbells, chains, and dangling holders.
Bands that become misshapen/lose shape over the years due to normal use
This warranty lasts for a lifetime and is valid on items purchased in the same order as the warranty. To further clarify: 1 purchase of warranty covers all items in one order. Warranty can be purchased for an order as long as the order has not been delivered.
All entries are subject to change or end without notice and are limited to while supplies are available. No entries or requests will be valid if they have been facilitated by a third party link, website, blog, or automated program. Postage, handling, and customs fees may be required. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. A replacement will be sent to you once the shipping costs have been paid by the purchaser. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
