IMPURIA JEWELRY LIFETIME WARRANTY

At Impuria Jewelry, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. That's why we offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on eligible jewelry purchased directly from Impuria.com when a Warranty Program has been purchased with the order.

WHAT IS COVERED

Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, including:

• Defective threading or closures
• Faulty welds or solder points
• Manufacturing defects that affect the functionality of the jewelry
• Structural defects present under normal intended use

If Impuria Jewelry determines that a covered manufacturing defect exists, we will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace the item with the same product or a comparable replacement.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

This warranty does not cover:

• Lost jewelry, charms, chains, backs, or stones
• Chipped, cracked, broken, or missing stones
• Bent posts, bent jewelry, or damage caused during insertion or removal
• Damage caused by improper use, accidents, abuse, neglect, modifications, or unauthorized repairs
• Damage caused by pulling, snagging, sleeping, sports, or other external forces
• Scratches, dents, cosmetic wear, or normal aging
• Discoloration, tarnishing, or finish wear caused by cosmetics, perfumes, lotions, chemicals, swimming pools, hot tubs, saunas, salt water, or improper care
• Damage resulting from failure to follow care instructions
• Theft or loss of any kind

OFFER TERMS

This warranty lasts for the lifetime of the product and is valid only for items purchased in the same order as the warranty. One warranty purchase covers all eligible items within a single order.

The warranty may be purchased at any time before the order has been delivered.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Impuria Jewelry reserves the right to determine eligibility for all claims and may reject claims that are fraudulent, abusive, or outside the scope of this warranty.

All offers are subject to change or cancellation without notice and are available only while supplies last. No claim or request will be valid if facilitated through a third-party website, automated program, or unauthorized source.

Postage, shipping, handling, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. These terms apply to all warranty claims, special offers, free offers, and replacement requests.

WARRANTY REDEMPTION

To submit a warranty claim, please email warranty@impuria.com with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item

Please do not send any items until your claim has been reviewed and approved by our Warranty Team.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with warranty claims, including returning the item to Impuria Jewelry and the cost of shipping any replacement item.

Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, handling fees, and postage costs are non-refundable.
